How do I get started with enrollment?
New families can begin by downloading the required enrollment forms from this page. Once completed, forms can be submitted in one of the ways listed below.
How do I submit completed forms?
You may choose the option that works best for you:
• Print the forms, complete them, and bring them to the daycare
• Print the forms, complete them, take a clear photo or scan, and email them to vjames@tkmhomelearningpreschool.com

Which forms are required for enrollment?

Do I need to complete all forms at once?
Not necessarily. Some forms are required before your child’s first day, while others may be completed shortly after enrollment. You’ll be advised if anything is missing.
How much does childcare cost?
Tuition is based on your child’s age, schedule, and individual care needs. Because every family’s situation is different, rates are not listed publicly. Once enrollment details are confirmed, invoices are provided directly to families.
How are payments handled?
Families receive invoices directly with clear payment instructions. This allows billing to remain organized, transparent, and tailored to each child’s care plan.
